Description

• As a Senior Business Analyst for Salesforce, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce, translating them into actionable solutions. • Oversee and manage mini projects that focus on Salesforce configurations, automations, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. • Serve as an assisting Product Owner by defining user stories, writing acceptance criteria prioritizing backlogs, and participating in sprint planning with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst required. Additional certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable. • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Engagement Clouds. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent work experience is acceptable).
