Description
• Senior Data Architect at Particle Health, organizing and optimizing data assets for healthcare. • Develop efficient, scalable data pipelines and monitor troubleshooting data issues. • Design and develop robust data architecture, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Work with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong background in data architecture and data modeling. • 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, data governance, and data analytics, preferably for SaaS products or cloud-based applications. • Extensive experience with healthcare data (especially EHR and/or Claims data, ADTs). • Proven proficiency in building and optimizing data-intensive systems and pipelines. • Strong technical experience with SQL & Python, specifically Spark. • Deep expertise in Python, with deep understanding and hands-on experience in Spark for designing, optimizing, and scaling large-scale data processing pipelines. • Familiar with data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices. • Experience developing data-intensive applications and reliable data pipelines in a cloud environment. • Strong knowledge in data modeling tools and languages, such as ERD, UML, SQL, and NoSQL. • Ability to understand and prioritize work based on project value and goals. • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
