Requirements

• You have 2–4 years of demonstrated success in roles like investment banking, management consulting, accounting, startups, or other strategy/operations positions • Working experience with SaaS startups (experience with capital raising is a plus). Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales motions, and key financial metrics, with the ability to identify and support growth opportunities • Proficiency in core accounting concepts, Excel/Google Sheets and SQL with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Metabase) to turn data into actionable insights • Skilled in financial modeling with hands-on experience building budgets, projections, and forecasts from scratch in a high-growth environment • Curiosity to tease out a story from the numbers and to prove or disprove business strategies and tactics using financial analysis • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment - organizing proactively, focusing on key priorities and adapting when required • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas in a simple & easy-to-understand way for any audience • An ownership mentality with a clear bias for action and an ability to act both collaboratively and autonomously while taking ownership and accountability for your work
