Description

• PartsBase Inc. is the world's largest online Aviation Marketplace and Community. • Help support and engage a passionate community of clients. • Work alongside a Customer Success Manager for client retention and implementation. • Execute 30+ daily communications to renew Customer Success accounts. • Ensure customer inquiries are met with professionalism and timely follow-up. • Coordinate escalated renewal discussions between clients and Account Manager. • Follow up on past due invoices and collections.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin • Must be eligible for employment in Malaysia without sponsorship • BA/BS degree or equivalent of work experience + education • 1-2 years of experience in a CSR or Administrative role • Comfortable making outbound calls to current customers • Accounts Receivable experience • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Active listening skills • Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities • Able to work productively within a team environment
