• 2+ years relevant experience in growth marketing • Willingness & Enjoyment in hosting Pathmonk’s Growth Marketing podcast • Hands-on experience with video editing & design tools (like Camtasia, Sketch, Adobe Suite or others) • Hands-on experience in building and delivering campaigns across a suite of channels and tactics (website, email/marketing automation, paid digital, forums, etc) • Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage of the buyer’s journey, and a proven history of improving funnel conversion and managing campaigns to KPIs • Familiarity with marketing technology, including a strong understanding of analytics tools content management systems and testing tools • Able to prioritize; you'll manage multiple projects with competing deadline and priorities • Native level english
