Description

β€’ Responsible for the implementation and continued support of new and existing program setups at the payment networks. β€’ Ensures the appropriate network and account set-up for new programs. β€’ Completes, submits, and retains all necessary documentation and reports to Networks to support payments programs. β€’ Administers network portals and provisions internal staff and partners. β€’ Registers applicable third parties with networks. β€’ Drives annual network renewal processes. β€’ Updates and educates stakeholders on network rules and operating procedures as needed. β€’ Contributes in meetings and keeps team members informed of relevant tasks and issues including status, dependencies and expected timelines for completion. β€’ Reviews network forms from partners and processors for completeness and accuracy prior to network submission. β€’ Updates internal configuration system to reflect network setups. β€’ Utilizes internal case system to communicate and document network tasks within established timeframes. β€’ Utilizes tools and resources to navigate questions and processes. β€’ Navigates day-to-day tasks independently. β€’ Serves as an experienced resource for other team members to navigate requests. β€’ Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for network fundamentals. β€’ Identifies areas of improvement and drives solutions. β€’ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent β€’ Typically requires less than one year of related experience β€’ Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks β€’ Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgement. Has little or no role in decision-making β€’ Normally receives detailed instructions on all work. Works under close supervision
