📋 Description
• Lead the initiative to analyze and optimize existing legacy reports • Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders to gather requirements • Design and develop robust data models • Create interactive and insightful dashboards using Power BI and ThoughtSpot • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Continuously evaluate and improve BI processes and methodologies • Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, dashboards, and processes • Implement data quality checks and validation processes • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality BI solutions • Manage BI projects from inception to completion
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with data modeling and database design • Knowledge of ThoughtSpot is preferred • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Experience with data visualization best practices • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R • Experience with data governance and data quality management • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Experience with other BI tools and technologies • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS • Certification in Power BI or other relevant BI tools • Experience in the financial services or healthcare industry
