πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Applies knowledge of the technologies in Pathward’s technical stack to develop solutions. β€’ Responsible for working as part of a team and performing all duties of software development including design, development, testing, and documentation. β€’ Develops flexible, maintainable solutions using the guidelines, requirements and standard practices. β€’ Solves development problems through good design and practical experience. β€’ Reviews, modifies, enhances, and maintains existing systems by fixing issues, remediating security vulnerabilities, and improving system performance. β€’ Participates in planning and user story analysis by providing feedback and demonstrating an understanding of user requirements. β€’ Assists in solving business problems by implementing technical solutions based on solid design principles and best practices. β€’ Actively participates in and follows software development processes and procedures. β€’ Documents software changes, best practices, and standards. β€’ Keeps up to date with current and future changes in tools, technology, programming best practices, and industry standards through training and development opportunities. β€’ Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent education and work experience required. β€’ Typically, 3+ years of experience working in a professional technical environment. β€’ 1 year of professional software design and development experience preferred. β€’ Experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask). β€’ Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Perl. β€’ Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM). β€’ Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation. β€’ Experience with CI/CD tools like Team City, Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline. β€’ Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform. β€’ General knowledge of the software development lifecycle, preferably Agile/Lean. β€’ Experience with technologies such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Classic ASP, VB Script, Entity Framework, WPF, JavaScript, IIS, HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT, MSMQ, and NServiceBus. β€’ Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, or other source control tools preferred. β€’ Effectively work within a team environment β€’ Effective written and oral communication
