Description

• Manage and lead a team of 2-4 engineers and associated agile rituals like standups, planning, and retrospectives. • Align your team around product OKRs/KPIs that you jointly focus on driving. • Work with product managers and designers to build and realize new product features. • Report on project statuses to the company. • Perform peer code reviews to ensure the team is producing well-tested and maintainable code. • Evangelize our software development best practices within the team. • Active development with proper test coverage • Support and optimize our critical production environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building web applications. • 2+ years of experience leading multi-person projects in some capacity. • 1+ years of experience in some form of leading, mentoring, or managing engineers. • 2+ years of first-hand professional experience with Ruby on Rails. • Desire to work in a collaborative environment: interactions with the leadership team, product managers, and customer success teams.
