Description

• Oversee and manage the organization’s AWS environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency. • Implement and maintain best practices in governance, identity and access management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and secure connectivity solutions. • Drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Enhance business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AWS ecosystem supports organizational objectives while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. • Minimum 7-10 years of hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure in a mid-to-large-scale production environment. • Expertise in AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM, and AWS Organizations. • Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, cost management, and security best practices in AWS. • Proficiency in designing and managing secure connectivity solutions, including VPNs, secure tunneling, and VDI. • Experience with IAM/SSO implementation and management, including configuring MFA and role-based access controls. • Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation for automating AWS infrastructure. • Familiarity with business continuity and disaster recovery planning, including automated backup solutions. • Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and incident management in cloud environments. • Demonstrated ability to monitor and optimize AWS resources, including setting up CloudWatch alerts and custom metrics. • Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC2, and PCI. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving in complex environments. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
