Description

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans. • Develop and maintain financial models for various business segments and projects. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for business improvement. • Maintain customer roll forward models to examine monthly recurring revenue and retention analysis. • Define and report Key Performance Indicators for departmental and company-wide performance. • Support the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis and completion of management reporting presentations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis. • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed to support decision making across the business. • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to advance the FP&A function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. • Proven success working in an FP&A (or equivalent) department. • Advanced Excel skills required. • Experience working with large data sets and organizing outputs into dashboards, charts, graphs, etc. • SQL proficiency a strong plus. • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks. • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
