• Generates new business through community involvement, association events, networking opportunities, and phone calls • Develops a pipeline of potential clients by growing professional relationships • Manages the sales cycle from start to finish through active listening, negotiation, and closing new business • Conducts a policy review and engages with probing questions to understand clients' needs • Builds and maintains relationships with all agency personnel through positive interactions and effective communication
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years sales experience • Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license a plus! • Experience selling managed payroll and HR consulting a plus! • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly motivated, results-driven self-starter • High-level of interpersonal skills with a client-service focused mind-set • Well organized and detail-oriented • Quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment • Team player with a positive attitude • Ability to multitask and follow through on set expectations • Solutions-driven problem-solving skills and proven analytical skills
