Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) with strong communication abilities. • Proficiency in English for effective interaction with colleagues. • Previous experience in account support or a related role is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle various client inquiries. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment. • Professional and friendly approach with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction. • Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
