• Join the Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT team as a German Speaking Client Service Consultant for Airlines, working remotely from Greece! • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting them with airline inquiries. • Manage bookings, changes, cancellations, and handle general travel-related questions effectively. • Address and resolve client complaints and feedback in a professional manner. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure proper documentation of requests. • Collaborate with airline partners and internal teams to deliver high-quality service. • Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to assist clients accurately. • Ensure an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is essential. • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or airline sectors. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to handle challenging situations with calmness and professionalism. • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software effectively. • A genuine passion for travel and helping others achieve their travel goals. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
