Requirements
• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both spoken and written, are mandatory. • Experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred, particularly in consumer goods or domestic appliances. • Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and provide tailored support. • A self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to efficiently manage customer queries and follow-ups. • A basic understanding of domestic appliances is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
