🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish is a must; proficiency in English is also required. • Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English. • Previous experience in content moderation or a customer service role is an advantage. • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their community guidelines. • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting. • Familiarity with moderation tools and content management systems is a plus.
