Requirements
• Proficiency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English language skills will be an advantage. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on service-oriented attitude. • Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation tools. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze user-generated content effectively. • Professional approach to managing sensitive information and interactions with community members. • Prior experience in content moderation, online community management, or customer service is preferred. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a proactive team player.
