Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good level of English proficiency. • Prior experience in technical support or related roles is preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication abilities with a strong emphasis on customer service. • Able to work independently in a remote environment while remaining self-motivated. • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus. • Organized, proactive, and able to manage time effectively.
