• Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Aviation Customer Support Agent to work in the beautiful setting of Greece! • In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients in the aviation sector. • Your expertise will help customers navigate their inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a seamless travel experience. • If you are passionate about aviation and customer service, this position is the perfect match for you! • Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with queries related to flight reservations, cancellations, and general travel information. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries efficiently. • Stay updated on aviation policies, travel regulations, and product offerings to inform and assist customers. • Contribute to team goals and service improvements through collaboration and feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Passion for the aviation industry and customer service. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach. • Prior experience in customer support or within the aviation sector is preferred. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive mindset with a customer-centric attitude. • Willingness to live and work in Greece.
