• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. • Strong technical aptitude with experience in cybersecurity products and solutions. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. • Prior experience in technical support or IT roles is highly desirable. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with clients. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
