Requirements
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken • No prior experience needed; full training will be provided • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus • Capability to manage high-pressure situations effectively • Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and teamwork • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with support software • Willingness to relocate to Greece • Valid European Passport or ID
