• Patrique Mercier Recruitment seeks German Speakers for a call center in Greece. • Includes relocation package: flight and 4 weeks hotel accommodation. • Main support line for German-speaking clients via various communication channels. • Resolve issues and answer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken • No previous experience required; full training will be provided • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor • Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Detail-oriented and committed to providing high-quality service • Basic computer skills and experience with customer support systems • Willingness to relocate to Greece • Valid European Passport or ID
