• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally. • Assist customers with product selection, purchases, and returns. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Document all interactions accurately in the customer service management system. • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Native Danish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in English, both written and spoken. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with grace. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required. • Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of employment.
