Description

• Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via various communication channels. • Resolve customers' inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service performance targets. • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. • Help develop and refine customer support processes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English. • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. • Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM applications). • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture.
