Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus. • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • Familiarity with customer service software and electronic products is an advantage. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. • Willingness to embrace remote work from Greece while adapting to a new lifestyle.
