📋 Description

• Patrique Mercier Recruitment offers a career opportunity for Dutch-speaking Customer Service representatives in the Car Rental Department, with paid relocation! • Provide exemplary customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding car rentals. • Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations. • Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner. • Document customer interactions accurately in the customer management system. • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. • Stay informed about company policies, promotions, and fleet availability to offer precise information to customers. • Help create a positive experience for customers from start to finish in their car rental journey.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both written and spoken). • Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the automotive or travel industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively while managing multiple tasks. • Proficient in using customer service software and tools. • Customer-focused mindset with a keen attention to detail. • Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new environment with the support of paid relocation.
