• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the gaming industry, is preferred • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • A strong understanding of gaming consoles and related software • Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations effectively • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for gaming • Willingness to relocate to Greece • Team player with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
