Requirements
• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both written and spoken. • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in a social media context, is preferred. • Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers. • Aptitude for managing multiple conversations efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with instant messaging tools and social media platforms. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional service.
