• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken • Experience in customer support, preferably in the financial or brokerage sector • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in financial instruments or trading platforms is a plus • Willingness to relocate to Greece • Team player with a proactive approach to customer service
