Requirements
•Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken •No prior experience needed; full training will be provided •Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus •Capability to manage high-pressure situations effectively •Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and teamwork •Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service •Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with support software •Willingness to relocate to Greece •Valid European Passport or ID
