• Conducting recruitment activities such as screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and assessing their qualifications for specific job openings. • Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable recommendations. • Facilitating the interview process by coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and employers. • Conducting reference checks, background verifications, and assessing candidate suitability for specific roles. • Providing regular updates and feedback to clients regarding the recruitment process and candidate progress. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database.

Requirements

• Fluent in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong ability to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with suitable job openings. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients. • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
