• Are you a dynamic German speaker with a passion for travel? • Engage with clients in German to assist them in planning and booking their travel experiences in Greece. • Provide detailed advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries tailored to clients' preferences. • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) with sincerity and professionalism. • Handle any travel-related issues or complaints efficiently and courteously. • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions. • Keep abreast of industry developments, promotions, and tourism trends in Greece. • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the client experience.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) is essential. • Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the travel industry. • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively. • Familiarity with travel reservation systems and online booking platforms. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
