Requirements
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus • Ability to handle difficult situations with calmness and professionalism • Willingness to learn and contribute to a teamwork-oriented environment • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality customer service • Basic computer skills and experience with software applications • Willingness to relocate to Greece • Valid European Passport or ID
