Requirements
• Fluency in Polish and strong communication skills in English. • Experience in customer service or support, preferably in social media. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple conversations. • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customer interactions. • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with social media platforms and instant messaging tools is a plus. • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and technologies.
