📋 Description
• Provide excellent customer service to families, providers, and funding sources. • Work collaboratively with various provider agencies to expand and maintain contracting and credentialing agreements. • Supervise operations coordinators and other administrative staff at local offices. • Oversees the management of schedules for assigned locations. • Collaborates with the team on process improvement and evaluates compliance risks. • Maintains confidential information and trains staff on requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required. • Four years’ experience working within a business or educational setting in a similar position required. • Previous experience with business development and management is preferred. • Master’s degree is preferred. • Bilingual fluency in Spanish or Arabic preferred.
