Description

• Responsible for maintaining healthy inventory levels to support the business. • Work cross-functionally across Brand, Product Development, Sourcing, Packaging, Transportation, and Warehousing. • Execute buy decisions to balance inventory for finished goods. • Manage the flow of components to Contract Manufacturers. • Engage in PO/Data Maintenance, inventory reporting, inventory reconciliations, vendor management, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably experience with Oracle products (including both Netsuite and Oracle Planning Cloud) • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring quality and compliance in all processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • A passion for the skincare industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products. • An eye for continuous improvement and process efficiency.
