• Position Title: Community Manager • Employment Type: Full-Time • Working Hours: EST Time Zone • About Pavago: Pavago is seeking a passionate and strategic Community Manager to join our client’s team. • Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow online communities for B2B influencers. • Platform Mastery and Technical Operations: Learn and utilize Mighty Networks to its fullest. • Content Scheduling and Management: Organize and schedule polls, quizzes, and discussions. • Community Engagement and Moderation: Monitor and engage with community members. • Event Management: Coordinate and manage live events. • Content Repurposing and Distribution: Draft daily LinkedIn newsletters. • Sub-Groups and Inner Circle Management: Assist members in running their own sub-groups. • Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Develop monthly content plans. • Metrics and Reporting: Track community performance. • Member Onboarding Process: Manage the onboarding process for new members. • AI Integration: Work with the team to integrate AI tools. • Crisis Management: Handle issues like spam or negative feedback. • Regular Feedback Loops: Collect feedback from the community. • Community Growth: Assist in growing the community through promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Community Management Experience: Proven experience managing online communities, ideally for B2B influencers or in similar industries (plumbing, home services, tech, etc.). • Mighty Networks Expertise: Expertise with Mighty Networks and other community management tools. • AI Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, NotebookLM, or similar content optimization and repurposing tools. • Content Creation Skills: Strong content creation skills, including drafting newsletters, posts, and summaries. • Discussion Management: Ability to manage and moderate discussions, identify trends, and ensure healthy engagement. • Event Coordination Experience: Event coordination experience and knowledge of content repurposing strategies.
