The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, online reputation management, and digital content creation. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility, driving engagement, and ensuring marketing strategies align with business objectives and budgets. • Key Responsibilities: • Pay Per Click (PPC) Management: Develops, manages, and optimizes PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social media platforms. Regularly analyzes PPC performance to make data-driven decisions that improve ROI and reduce cost-per-click (CPC). • Ads Spend Budget Optimization: Continuously analyzes and optimizes digital ad spend to ensure cost efficiency and maximize return on investment. Prepares detailed reports on campaign performance, budget allocation, and future recommendations for improvement. • Website Audit & SEO: Performs SEO audits to identify areas for improvement in technical SEO, content, and link-building strategies. Works closely with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content that helps drive organic traffic to the website. • SEO Content Writing & Copy Creation: Creates compelling, high-ranking copy for blogs, landing pages, and ads, with a strong focus on SEO. Stays up to date with industry trends to ensure content is effective in attracting and converting leads. • Community Management: Manages social media channels by engaging with online communities and responding to customer inquiries. Also develops strategies to grow and foster loyal customer communities across platforms. • Third-Party Website Providers Recommendations: Evaluates and recommends third-party tools and providers for website hosting, marketing automation, and CRM platforms to ensure optimal service and performance. • Marketing Plans & Action Items: Responsible for designing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at boosting online visibility and driving lead generation. Additionally, this includes creating and maintaining action items for ongoing and upcoming campaigns, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards common objectives. • Online Reviews & Reputation Management: Monitors and manages online reviews across platforms like Google, Yelp, and social media, implementing strategies to improve the organization’s online reputation and customer feedback. • What Makes You a Perfect Fit: • Digital Marketing Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC management, or content marketing is preferred. Previous experience in managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms is a strong advantage. • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: A solid track record of using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms is essential. • Tech-Savvy & Tools Proficiency: Comfortable with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or other CRM and automation platforms. The ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies is essential. • Creativity & Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative strategies to achieve marketing goals. You should be able to handle challenges with creative solutions, especially in a competitive online landscape. • Required Skills & Tools: • Proficiency in Marketing Tools: Strong working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, and Google Ads. Experience with third-party automation and reporting tools is a plus. • SEO & PPC Expertise: Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and pay-per-click advertising. Previous experience optimizing ad spend and tracking key performance metrics across platforms. • CRM & Project Management: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) to track campaigns, performance, and client communication. • What Does a Typical Day Look Like?: As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll develop and implement strategies that drive traffic, leads, and conversions across multiple digital channels.
