• Position Type: Full-Time, Remote • Working Hours: EST • About the Role: Pavago is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Analyst to support our client’s team. This role involves evaluating financial data, consolidating large datasets, and presenting actionable insights to drive decision-making. The ideal candidate is skilled in financial analysis, business management, and critical thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Key Responsibilities: • Financial Evaluation: Perform in-depth financial analysis of new company opportunities, including valuations and forecasting. • Data Consolidation: Work with large datasets to extract key insights and ensure accuracy for decision-making. • Critical Thinking: Apply analytical skills to assess business opportunities and operational challenges. • Presentation Preparation: Create compelling presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate findings effectively. • Business Management Support: Assist in evaluating and improving operational strategies for existing businesses. • Daily Operations: Balance time between addressing new company opportunities and supporting ongoing operating businesses. • What Makes You a Perfect Fit? • You excel at juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a high-demand environment. • You have a proven track record of turning complex data into actionable insights. • You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting. • You have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. • What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Your day will involve analyzing new company opportunities for 3 hours, addressing fire drills, and preparing evaluations. The remaining 6 hours will focus on supporting the operations of existing businesses, including data analysis, financial reporting, and process improvement. Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in financial analysis, private equity, or a related field. Familiarity with QuickBooks and other online applications. • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. • Business Acumen: Understanding of operational and financial metrics critical to business success. • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and respond quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
