This role is integral to our growth strategy and involves a combination of inbound sales efforts, social media marketing, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships through social media management and making impactful calls. •Responsibilities: •Cold Calling and Cold Emailing: Conduct inbound cold calls and cold emails to prospective clients to generate new business leads. •Make 100 cold calls per day. •Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through strategic outreach. •Track and report on outreach activities and results. •Social Media Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness. •Develop content strategies to increase followers and interaction on social media. •Answering Inbound Sales Calls: Handle overflow inbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries. •Qualify and convert incoming leads into sales opportunities. •Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. •Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing accurate and timely information to resolve issues and answer questions. •Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. •What Makes you a Perfect Fit: Organizational Excellence: Maintain meticulous organizational systems to streamline workflow and enhance efficiency.
