This role will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. β’ Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Recruitment: Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
