📋 Description
• Position Type: Full-Time | Remote • Working Hours: CST • About Pavago: Pavago is seeking a proactive Sales recruiter to join a client’s team. This role will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Recruitment: Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. • Hiring Process Management: Coordinate interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear evaluation summaries. • ATS Implementation & Optimization: Manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data. • Collaboration & Communication: Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. • Skills & Experience: 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong English communication skills, experience with ATS tools, ability to manage multiple roles, strong organizational skills, data-driven mindset, proficient in remote recruitment tools. • What makes you a perfect fit: Passion for connecting talent, strong relationship-building skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, experience recruiting for sales roles is a plus. • Tools: JazzHR, BreezyHR, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom, Monday.com, etc. • Interview Process: Initial Phone Call, Video Interview, Final Interview, Background Check.
