β€’ Manage performance and revenue reporting as well as the corresponding budget β€’ Understand the consumer journey for initial acquisition as well as repurchase β€’ Develop a robust process for creative testing to inform how we capture and design assets β€’ Oversee external agencies for social, affiliate, email, and programmatic to maximize outcomes. β€’ Partner with the eComm to optimize the on-site and off-site landing page experience. β€’ Support broader marketing efforts across different country and regulatory environments β€’ Research and synthesize key technology and competitive trends to identify opportunities

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years experience at a consumer product business or agency β€’ Excellent verbal & written communication skills at different levels of the organization β€’ Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like Asana and JIRA β€’ Solid understanding of attribution between platforms and analytics tools like GA4 β€’ Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with higher levels of autonomy β€’ Experience working within the Shopify ecosystem, including apps, a major plus β€’ Experience working in regulated industries a plus
