Description

• Manages all aspects of complex projects from inception to conclusion on time and within budget • Creates project charter and manages the scope of the project • Leads, facilitates, coordinates, and tracks day-to-day activities required to ensure project completion • Acts as the point of contact on assigned projects • Facilitates and troubleshoots problems associated with developing complex systems • Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties • Creates and uses project plans for assigned projects • Demonstrates a proactive approach to identify risks to project success • Provides leadership, direction and communication for customers and project team • Accurately forecasts current and future go-live project along with quarterly revenue for each assigned project • Uses governance tools to effectively manage all projects • Performs project and workflow designs • Develops and delivers effective presentations to stakeholders as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Project management experience required • Specific knowledge of PACS/Medical Imaging is required • Prefer experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions • Prefer knowledge of hospital systems and procedures that integrate with PaxeraHealth solutions • Must be technologically proficient • CIIP certification is helpful • Prefer knowledge of Basecamp (project management & Team communication tool)
