📋 Description

• As Director of Software Development for the Brokerage organization, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining market-leading crypto brokerage solutions • Manage and mentor multiple software engineering teams • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of brokerage components • Partner with Product, Growth, Customer Success, and other engineering teams • Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, security, and documentation • Lead resource planning, budget allocation, and project prioritization • Provide technical guidance and mentorship • Play a key role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding world-class engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership in engineering: You have 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 7+ years in a management role • Enterprise-scale impact: You have successfully built and delivered enterprise-grade B2B and B2C products • Technical excellence in brokerage solutions: You have deep expertise in developing high-performance, highly available brokerage solutions • Talent development & mentorship: You have a strong track record of developing and scaling top engineering talent • Cross-functional collaboration: You excel at working across teams • Problem-solving mindset: You thrive on solving complex technical challenges • Strategic & business acumen: You understand the strategic, regulatory, and business landscape of financial services. • Execution at scale: You can manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
