📋 Description

• We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented engineers in building and maintaining integrations with external partners and networks. • In this role, you will drive the development and execution of integration strategies, ensuring seamless interoperability between Paxos' platform and external systems. • You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of blockchain engineers to ensure successful project delivery. • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, operations, and other engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. • Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the blockchain engineering team, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of blockchain applications and infrastructure. • Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation. • Manage resource allocation, budget planning, and project prioritization to optimize team productivity and project outcomes. • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members to build a strong and cohesive engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering. • At least 3 years of experience in a management role within an engineering team. • Familiarity with code deployment and maintenance, cloud platforms and services. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. • Eager to deepen your expertise and make impactful contributions to blockchain protocols, cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications (dApps).
