📋 Description
• Negotiate various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and vendor agreements. • Manage legal entity formation and governance and become an expert on Paxos’ international corporate structure. • Manage Paxos’ legal operations, including legal billing. • Build organizational systems to make our Legal team more efficient.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of law firm paralegal experience. • Experience working on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements. • Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment. • Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills. • In house paralegal experience. • Experience working with legal billing systems. • Experience working in a hyper-growth, tech-focused company.
