• Proven experience in sourcing/recruiting, with a focus on IT talent acquisition. • Strong research skills and expertise in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English for engaging candidates and collaborating with stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines effectively. • Proficiency in managing interview scheduling and candidate interactions. • Strong organizational and analytical skills for market research and reporting. • Self-motivation to thrive as an independent, remote worker with minimal supervision.
