Description

• The initial focus will be on product commercial performance. • This includes gathering and structuring product information, conducting in-depth market and user research, participate in redesign and UX/UI improvement, and defining product requirements. • The goal is to create a comprehensive understanding of the product, its market, and user needs to inform future development and strategy and increase commercial performance afterward. • Define the Product Vision. • Develop, prioritize, and maintain a comprehensive product backlog to guide development efforts. • Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team. • Develop clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. • Collaborate closely with design and development teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, guaranteeing product quality and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management roles within international enterprise technology companies: FinTech, PayTech, Hi-Tech, advanced or global e-commerce, SaaS, or IGaming sectors. • At least 10 years of overall experience in product and IT companies. • Proven track record of improving product commercial performance and user experience. • Advanced experience in complex web and mobile application development. • Proven expertise with UX/UI, including validation and redesign processes. • UX/UI excellence mindset and perfectionism. • Strong analytical skills and experience with product and conversion analytics tools. • Ability to gather and incorporate internal/external stakeholder feedback. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Basic marketing knowledge/experience to understand market dynamics and customer needs. • Master’s degree in marketing, management, computer science, engineering, analytics, or a related field. • Product management courses or certifications. • At least 2 successful projects demonstrating improved commercial results and enhanced user experience.
