Description

• Develop and refine the overall content strategy, aligning with the company's marketing objectives and target audience personas • Lead the creation of high-quality content across various channels and formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, and social media posts • Manage the distribution and collaborate with the marketing team on promotion of content across various channels, including the website, social media, email, etc. • Monitor the performance of content initiatives using relevant metrics and analytics tools • Ensure alignment of content with the brand voice, messaging guidelines, and overall brand strategy • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to ensure content supports overall business objectives and aligns with cross-functional initiatives • Establish content governance standards and processes to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Work to position the company and its executives as thought leaders in the industry through thought-provoking content, industry insights, and participation in relevant events, webinars, and speaking engagements • Stay informed about industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies • Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and skill development to enhance content marketing effectiveness

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or related roles at a B2B company • Over 3 years of experience in SaaS or payments industry, with a preference for experience in payments and an understanding of ISVs/developers and merchants • Experience working on small marketing teams with under 10 members, demonstrating the ability to work as an independent contributor • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Strong experience in content strategy and planning, content creation and management, SEO best practices, content marketing, digital media trends, project management, and collaboration • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) for managing and updating web content • Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools (e.g., SEMRush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) • Experience with email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp) for creating and analyzing campaigns • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot Marketing Automation, Pardot) for automating marketing workflows • Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) for scheduling posts and analyzing performance • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Figma) for creating visually appealing content • Ability to analyze content performance metrics and interpret data to measure content effectiveness and optimize strategy
