β’ 2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing role. β’ 1+ year of experience creating sales or marketing content (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles). β’ 1+ year of experience planning and coordinating events (e.g., conferences, webinars, customer dinners). β’ Strong organizational, project management, cross-collaboration, and communication skills. β’ Basic understanding of brand guidelines and copywriting for various channels (preferred). β’ Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot or Marketo preferred) for at least 1 year. β’ 6+ months of experience with Salesforce, including running basic reports. β’ Previous experience managing social media posts and scheduling. β’ Experience with project management tools like Jira (preferred). β’ Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
