Description
• Facilitate successful execution of country-specific projects by analyzing advisory packs and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of requirements • Define project requirements across team pillars and identify new system requirements • Collaborate closely with teams to enhance product knowledge and coordinate tasks • Champion continuous skill enhancement within the team • Obtain country build approvals and conduct post-deployment evaluations • Maintain compliance and quality standards in project builds
Requirements
• 3 to 5 years of actively involved in PaySpace payroll configuration • Payroll Qualification • Ability to analyze, interpret, and question information received from Advisory • Experience in bureau configuration, Java Script calculations, and Intermediate Excel Skills • Strong communication skills across all levels • Time management and leadership skills • Basic project management skills • Critical decision-making skills • Ability to translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications
